And as a modder, I can't give this game an above average score for the simple reason that the mod tools are arbitrarily restricted in ways that even the CoH2 tools weren't, so proper faction or battlegroup redesign mods are impossible. If you want proof of a rushed release, just look at the list of issues the Italy campaign still has despite numerous fixes since release - and apparently the AI still doesn't attack the player on the campaign map. I've no interest in starting the Italy campaign when I am still reading that people are unable to progress due to mission blockers. This is the first CoH game I've not even started a campaign in yet, purely because I keep hearing how badly written and broken they are. However, I've been playing and modding CoH since 2007/8. I'll give it a 3 because faction design is solid and, so far - touch wood - I've had no performance or connection issues.
